Coverage Area

Our office covers a large portion of Wharton County, which is largely devoted to ranching and agriculture. Wharton County has 1090 square miles and a population of over 41,000 citizens. Precinct #2, one of the largest precincts in Wharton County, comprises the northern portion of Wharton County and is bordered to the east by Fort Bend County, to the north by Austin County, to the west by Colorado County and the Colorado River to the south. There are two cities in Precinct #2, East Bernard to the north and Wharton to the south which serves as the county seat.
